Privacy Policy & General User Information

This is should be easy to understand, so I am not going to write a huge statement filled a bunch of legal stuff to make me sound cool or legally intense. Nor do I plan to "copy and paste" someone else's privacy policy as most people do, so you think it's standard and assume you do not need to read it.

This site and the contents within (www.mikesenn.com, www.mikesenn.org) are for my own personal and professional use to help service and inform my clients / referral partners, and interested public of my opinion of the real estate & lending market in central Indiana.

You can relax - I would never "sell" your contact information supplied to me through this site. Oh, and I do not provide a database of some of my resources on this site to secretly sell leads to them either. Just in case, you wondered.

If you choose to fill out one of the response forms intended for me - do not worry. I will NOT be asking for any personal information (SSN, DOB, or Address) on this site. So please DO NOT supply that type of personal information (SSN, DOB, or Address) on ANY response form or email intended for me, as that type of electronic submission is NOT secure.

In the future, I may have a secure online loan application that you may fill out which will be linked into our network. At that time, it will be totally secure through the financial institution I represent and it will be safe. Currently I'm still debating having one since most online applications seem to be traditionally inaccurate... I'll let you know if I decide to offer one.

All users of this site are only to use this site for basic informational and entertainment purposes. I am not an attorney, accountant, or financial planner...so please DO NOT interpret any statement I make or content that I post on this site as official advice. I can tell you what worked for me personally, but I cannot give you advice in areas that I am not licensed. If you need advice in those areas, go hire someone for those official answers. However, I am pretty good at discussing mortgage lending and real estate, so I feel confident providing my opinion on that part.

I also include the appropriate disclosures on the bottom to remain in compliance so site viewers are not confused. Of course, I also do it to show a little love for my friends at FCU.
