The History


Blah Blah Blah...but relevant.

Mike Senn served as a Sr. Partner/President of an executive real estate consulting firm (IMN) located in Indianapolis, Indiana. IMN was the parent and holding company of Indiana Mortgage Network, LLC. and the real estate brokerage, Insight Realty Network, LLC that proudly served a professional referral clientele. With 11 years of direct industry experience, Mr. Senn steadily accelerated into an executive management position after gaining valuable experience with a Fortune 500 lender, a New York based lender, as well as a large statewide brokerage.


In 2000, Mr. Senn embarked on the vision to co-develop the most professional referral driven mortgage brokerage to enter the central Indiana market. As Vice President of the lending division (Indiana Mortgage Network) he deployed programs, processes and philosophies that quickly raised the bar in client services. By establishing a service level that was practically unheard of in mortgage lending, IMN built strong alliances and served many employees of Katz Sapper & Miller, Raytheon, Ice Miller, Urology of Indiana, and Eli Lilly. This momentum and client focused business model forged a company reputation that was featured in various periodicals including the Indianapolis Business Journal.



Entering 2003, the vision of a personalized full service real estate consulting firm had taken shape and began branding. IMN Companies quickly became a referral cornerstone to services and connections ranging from Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Brokerage, Insurance and Financial Planning Services. This focused, yet diversified pallete of real estate services attracted many corporations, accounting firms and real estate agents to take an active part in referring their clients and employees for trusted priority service.



Currently Mr. Senn holds and advises an active portfolio of professional referred clients serving their lending and real estate representation requests statewide. Even through years of growth, the foundations of a client-centric service remain for his clients that had originally made him a trusted resource when they first began. 



Private Portfolio is a program that is designed specifically to serve his referred clientele to ensure they receive the focused attention and commitment his referral partners and clients have come to expect.
