Mike Senn has professionally led as an Entrepreneur, Private Client Advisor and Partner of an executive real estate consulting firm, which served clients for mortgage lending and real estate brokerage. As a native of Indianapolis, he began his career 12 years ago to accelerate into an executive management position after gaining valuable knowledge with a Fortune 500 lender; a New York based lender, as well as a statewide brokerage.
In 2000, Mr. Senn embarked on the vision to co-develop the most professional referral driven mortgage brokerage to enter the central Indiana market. As Vice President of the lending division (Indiana Mortgage Network), he deployed programs, processes and philosophies that quickly raised the bar in client services. By injecting a service level that was practically unheard of in mortgage lending, they built strong alliances and served many employees of Katz, Sapper & Miller, Raytheon, Ice Miller, RQAW Corporation, Urology of Indiana, and Eli Lilly. This momentum and client focused business model forged a company reputation that was featured in various periodicals including the Indianapolis Business Journal.
The beginning of 2003 marked the launch of a personalized and full service real estate consulting firm, which had quickly taken shape and began branding. The firm became a referral cornerstone to services and connections ranging from mortgage lending, real estate brokerage, insurance and financial planning. This focused, yet diversified portfolio of solutions attracted many corporations, accounting firms and real estate agents to refer their clients and employees for trusted priority service.
2009 offered Mr. Senn the opportunity to stay ahead of a changing market and take his referral clientele to the next level. Currently he provides lending advisory and origination to an active portfolio of referred clients from REALTORS®, CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, and various organizations. Today he has access to more solutions, which include the support and strength of a local financial institution with over a billion in assets and a client-centric business culture.

Mr. Senn currently lives in downtown Indianapolis with his wife and two daughters.
